The CRESODENT stomatologic liquid is widely used as an active antiseptic of local action when endodontic interventions take place. The preparation is an oily liquid containing:

- camphor possessing antiseptic and sedative properties;
- an active bactericidal substance of the phenol series.

The preparation does not irritate the periapical tissues if it is not mixed up with other substances.
Due to a low coefficient of the surface tension, the preparation is volatile and penetrates quickly into the dental small canals prolonging bactericidal and fungicidal effect. The CRESODENT liquid does not loose its properties when in contact with blood, serum and proteins.
